Terminus has successfully produced anode structures that are mass producible using conventional technical ceramics high speed production processes. These low firing time, low firing temperature, low operating temperature structures offer performance and production cost advantages not possible using traditional SOFC material sets. This breakthrough anode technology paves the way forward to more economically and reliably service our first 10MW electric power generation capacity supply contract.

I want to take the time today to provide our investors with an extremely important development regarding Terminus Energy Inc. We have received and signed a purchase order to provide 10 MW of electric power capacity using our advanced fuel cell system technology to a Midwest US independent power producer. The systems will be installed and operated at a Northeast US commercial development project in a micro grid distributed electric power deployment arrangement. Detailed information will follow shortly.

Terminus Energy Inc. to Commercialize
Jun 23, 2011

Torrance, CA -
Torrance, CA---- Terminus Energy Inc. (TMGY.PK) Terminus Energy Corporation announced today that it has entered into an agreement with a Colorado advanced technology company to commercialize the Terminus TE-50 distributed electric power generator using that company’s demonstrated next generation advanced proprietary SOFC technology.  The Colorado Company has a proven track record of successfully commercializing cutting edge electric power generation products.  Terminus CEO Dan Pratte stated, “This technology will literally leapfrog all existing SOFC technologies that we know of by reducing production costs dramatically while significantly increasing system robustness. While initially using pipeline natural gas as the primary fuel feed stock, these fuel flexible SOFC systems can operate directly on virtually any hydrocarbon based fuel. Terminus will be able to compete in virtually all domestic and international markets as a supplier of reliable low-cost distributed electric power generation capacity.  The significance of this agreement cannot be overstated.”   Mr. Pratte declined to name the Colorado Company at this time, citing the proprietary nature of the agreement.
